- You do not need any previous experience to flight our flight simulator.
- We cater for all experience levels – whether you are a complete beginner who is in need of help every step of the process or a qualified pilot who simply wants to come and use the simulator
- All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
- We cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Ness Aviation vouchers that are within 1 month past their expiry date can still be redeemed.
- If a voucher is more than 1 month past the expiry date, unfortunately we cannot accept it. This is a strict policy and applies only to Ness Aviation vouchers.
- Third-party vouchers are valid strictly for 12 months and cannot be redeemed after that period.
- Flight vouchers may be extended once only, within its validity period, for an additional 6 month period for a charge of 20% of the voucher value*.
- If a voucher is upgraded within its validity period to a higher priced flight, then it will be valid for 6 months from the date of the upgrade.
- Flight vouchers may be exchanged once, within its validity period, for a different simulator of the same value or by paying the difference if the value of the simulator is higher. There are no refunds if value of simulator is lower.
- Children ages 8* and above are more than welcome to use our simulator however anyone under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult. (*age depends on the type of simulator)
- Please note that in order to fully operate the aircraft, you will need to reach the rudder pedals and overhead switches however if you are too small to do so our instructor will be able to help you with this.
- While we don’t have any hard rules regarding this, the simulators are very tight spaces and therefore you should be able to get into a car seat comfortably if you are using our simulator.

- Our simulators are a high fidelity 1:1 size replicas.
- This means that everything about the cockpit and flight controls have been recreated to be as realistic as possible. Our simulators are a 1:1 exact replicas of the real aircraft cockpit.
- Of course! We have an amazing cabin in our Boeing 737 for passengers to enjoy experience at the same time. There is space for 4 people to watch.
- There are also spaces for 2-3 people to watch in our other simulators.
- Please note that only 1 person will be able to fly the simulator unless you have purchased multiple vouchers or have “Dual Pilot Addon”.
- You can yes but it depends on the simulator your fly, just let us know when you book in via the schedule your visit section on our website.
