Have you heard about Miracle on the Hudson? Well here is your opportunity to replicate exact track Chesley Sullenberger took and ditch the aircraft into the Hudson River.

This 90 minute experience will start with briefing followed by recreation of events that day.

You will start with around half an hour, practising handling of 737-800. Once you are ready we will take you through 4 scenarios.
1. We will turn immediately to La Guardia to see how landing could be done.
2. After bird strike, we will wait 30 seconds (thinking time, human factor) then turn back to la Guardia to see if landing was possible.
3. After bird strike, we will wait 30 seconds (thinking time, human factor) then try and land at Teterboro Airport.
4. After bird strike, finally we will attempt to follow exact flight path of Chesley Sullenberger and ditch aircraft into the Hudson River.

It’s awesome and very inspiring and a bit nerve-racking.
